Birth Support Package

Prenatal Support

Your support begins with our free initial consultation. This consultation is to get to know each other and your needs. After we connect, our next two prenatal visits will include defining your wants and desires for your pregnancy and birthing experience and the support you seek, as well as an additional birth plan building session to create your ideal birth plan that we will be able to share with your medical team.

Birth Support

You and your partner will have access to evidence-based support and resources through me from the moment we begin working together, including 24 hour on-call support and availability.

You will receive continuous emotional and physical support to help you hold on to and move towards the vision you created for your baby's birth.

Postpartum Support

After the arrival of your baby, you will receive immediate breastfeeding support and assistance establishing the start of breastfeeding, as well as two follow up visits to celebrate the birth of your little one and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period.
